After much baking, planning, more baking, and photographing, 2 types of thumbprint cookies are now available in my etsy shop!
The blood orange thumbprints are made with a homemade blood orange marmalade and were the first cookies I developed for the shop. I guess you could say they are the signature sweet miscellany cookie. The pineapple ginger thumbprints are made with a homemade pineapple ginger jam that is both sweet and spicy.
Aside from the work going on in my etsy shop, I hope to be able to put up a couple of recipes in the coming days before Thanksgiving, so stay tuned!
