A Bit of Val Day Inspiration

I had a post planned for you today, but then I fell asleep for about 4 hours when I got home from work. Oops. Since there is a holiday coming up this weekend that some of you may actually celebrate, I figured I would dig through the archives and give you some tasty inspiration.
